.Infuse one tea bag in 1 Liter (four glasses) of boiling water.  Let it cool for at least 20 minutes.  Then, store in the refrigerator
.Start with a half a glass per day, during first two days

.Then, 2 glasses per day during two more days
.And finally 3 glasses per day between meals, during 3 weeks
